  hally Walsh: I used to have no trouble adding my receipts but for the latest 2 months it says submission failed!!!!! For everyone of them. I have tried resubmitted and Uninstalling and reinstalling the apk, NOTHING WORKS! I emailed at the email on the apk and no one has ever emailed me back! And I've added my 2 cats profiles but everytime I log in it tells me to do it once more!!!

  Jak: irinary tract formula saved my cats life she had stones thebet should not diagnose what kind because of too much blood. I place her on urinary tract formula 3 weeks before surgery and the stone disappeared. Always go to a vet first before self diagnoses however this was a mini game changer Thanks Purina

  Alex: Modernize: This apk used to work ok for me but it no longer rewards me points. My accepted receipts all present as earning "0.0" points. I contacted customer service and basically all they said was "it can take 14 business days to award points." That being said, one of my receipts showing "0.0" points is from 5/31 which is older than 14 business days. Disappointing because I liked this apk and found it simple to use.

  Sharon Morgan: I've had problems with this apk from the beginning! I thought I gotten all my pets enter, but will only present 1. They told me to clear my history, I did. Log out, log back in and everything could be fixed.....NOPE No points, only 1 pet listed. And this was on my smartphone apk. I also had the website on my pc. I was able to log in, but there was no where to enter pets. Same as smartphone apk, 1 pet, no points showing there either.

  David L.: This apk' s been out a few weeks now and here's my take on it: I have submitted receipts for points on the apk over 10 days ago and no points or response. It stated 72 hours to present up. I've tried to add pets to my profile and nothing shows up. I completed the "Search My Pet Meal" for points and NO points but did receive their suggestion for meal with a buy it now option. You would think a company really big as Purina should place out an apk that works. And yes I have the recent ver of the apk.

  Ana Rodriguez: UPDATE: Once more, I tried to add other pet, apk froze🙄 I added 4 pets, and it only saved one. I added once more, and it saved only one. Waste of time. Fresh Modernize: Now I am having a trouble redeeming points before they expire. When I test to redeem, it tells me, "Somerhing went wrong." I'm going to lose precious points because I can't use them!

  Sharon Powell: Well, I've seen a lot of comments about adding pets. I, too, have had the same trouble. I can add one, but if I go to add more, they receive deleted. Also, I don’t think I'm getting points from my submitted receipts. They have a 0.0 next to my entry. I might have points from 1 of 7 receipts I've entered.

  Geoff Elliott: Would give zero stars if I should. Not worth the headaches. I've had to war for almost every receipt submitted. Awesome luck getting an online receipt approved, and even physical receipts will receive approved with zero points awarded. I've uninstalled.

  Victoria “Vikki” Langford: Well, the apk seems straightforward and beautiful neat, sadly I was unable to add more than 1 cat, as when I attempted to add a second cat, it didn't make the second profile but also deleted the first profile. I force stopped the tool, checked that all permissions were enabled and tried once more. Same problem. Fine ok, I'll do a full reset of my smartphone, removed the apks cache and tried once more. Failure once more. I guess I'll be waiting for an apk modernize before I test once more.

  Alice Collins: The pet profiles don't work. Each one I place in erases the latest one. Once I did receive it to save two, then I place a third in and ended up with zero. If I didn't have thousands of points that are supposed to transfer over, I'd delete the apk. BTW, where are my points? They were supposed to transfer over 2 weeks from April 18th, which is... TODAY.

  Tyler Bellamy: Removed Amazon redeem option. Redeemed for Walmart gift cards. Had to contact to receive one. Tried to send the redeem to other email to see if that was the problem. Nope. Never received the second reward. After contacting, I got 1 reward, but now my points have been entirely wiped and I receive no redeem option. Probably don't wish to give me my second redeem if they wiped my points and option to redeem. Pet profiles don't save and no option to modernize the apk, so looks like I'm up to date. I'm done.

  Rowdy Runner: The apk is a disaster. I have not received points for receipts submitted since 5/18/23. I use a few receipt apks. Most of them instantly reward points for the purchase of specific stuff. It shouldn't take 10-14 days to reward points. I won't even go into the problems I had creating pet profiles. If the intent of the apk is to make loyalty and goodwill for customers, Purina has clearly failed in the execution.
