  George Korper: Works well to transfer files to Galaxy Watch 4. Then you can use with perfect Sun user to play videos from Video converter compression apk. You need to compress videos to hold them in the under 10 mb range. Sounds tedious but really worth the effort. Thanks to all the developers. You all deserve more credit.

  Denis Komarov: Awesome concept but unfortunately whenever I choose any file on my smartphone to be sent to my Huawei Watch 2 it instantly says sent successfully but nothing was actually sent. 2) Changing the recieved files folder place to any another place gives permission denied error on my watch. 3) Would be good to be able to see the root system files of the watch like another browsers for wear os even if you can't edit them. My Huawei Watch 2 runs on recent Wear OS 1.6 (As of October 2018). Modernize: it was indeed the permission problem the first time you run it. Enabling storage permissions manually in settings of the watch fixed it. Would be nice to have some sort of progress bar to present the length of time to transfer really big files and ability to begin mp3 files and install app files right on the watch like some another Wear File Managers do. Another than that this is the only file explorer to date that actually makes transferring files between smartphone and Wear watch effortless 👍 So bumping it to 4 stars.

The recent modernize has a settings option on the smartphone apk and watch apk to specify the destination folder when copying files from smartphone to watch and watch to smartphone. Also - the developer is very responsive to questions and feedback.

  Bernard Kripkee: I use this apk to begin .txt and .pdf files so I can read them. It can also be used to copy and delete files. After some struggle, I have finally succeeded in using this apk to transfer files between my TicWatch Pro 3 GPS and my smartphone. To create it work, I need to have myWear on both my watch and my smartphone. The apk transfers files via Bluetooth. I search it difficult to begin the requisite menu by touching the three dots at the left of the watch screen. It took me a long time to search just the right method to touch the screen to activate the menu. First use a long touch to choose the file to be transferred. Then touch the three dots at the left of the screen to activate the menu. Choose "transfer to smartphone" from the menu.

  John Dekker: Nicely implemented apk that worked on my Galaxy Watch 4. At show is succeeds in transferring files only to the root folder. If you choose say Downloads as the destination of the smartphone it never succeeds. Needs some work for Wear OS 3

  Nilton Luna: Não está acessando os arquivos do cartão Sd mesmo com a permissão. Nao ha mensagem de erro, apenas o conteudo mostrado na pasta Sdcard é do dispositivo e nao do cartao. A permisao de acesso ao sdcard esta fine. Note que refiro-me ao apk no GWatch, no phone esta mostrando fine.

  Renaud Penant: I have a good use for your apk: I use it to read ebooks in epub format. I have fun it a lot! I have a ticwatch E and an iPhone so I use the apk strictly as a standalone (I used other apk with FTP to transfer the files to my watch). It works really awesome and remembers where I left off, which is good, but there are two issues: recently it repeatedly fails to load the file, and suddenly, it works after a lot of attempts . . . and also it seems not agree larger files, for example I haven't been able to begin "A brief history of time" by Stephen Hawking. I'm enjoying reading "A scanner darkly" by Philip K. Dick for now . . . Thanks!

  Steven Archibald: Bricked my Zen watch 1, tried to transfer a 6.5mb APK file to install fit for wear. And my watch hosed up and I attempted to reboot and is now stuck on the boot screen and will not boot into Android device Wear. Can't receive to recovery to reflash OS. The apk on my smartphone toasted file sent successful instantly after clicked send to watch. I would think via Bluetooth would take even a few seconds. Answer to developer The watch froze in the middle of the transfer, upon hard reset (keep power until reboot) would never boot back to wear os, was unable to even receive to bootloader or recovery. 2nd answer, Apkmirror I don't recall what the APK was but I use apkmirror all the time with no problems.
