  Amber Caldarelli: Needs to be updated It could be more like the Time Warner Cable apk. So you can log in and check what your balance is and when a bill is due. I do appreciate you can pay the bill even through western union on here though. So there's that at least.

  Chris DiMarco: Almost worthy When i choose create payment, i wish to see my balance before I pay (like everything else i create payments on). I am on the budget plan where i pay the same all year and pay/receive the difference once a year. I know what I pay, I just would like to confirm that an amount is actually due. Your site is nearly the same thing.

  Mike Torrisi: Its fine Apk is only awesome for checking and reporting outages. You could NOT use this apk to pay your bills. The apk does not actualy let you to login, only your bill. I have a few issues paying my bill this method so i have opted to login to the website like i always do. No charge to pay, and its my acc with national grid NOT western union.

  Brian Bledsoe: Needs to remember login Every time I need to report an outage, check an outage status, check usage, pay bill etc I have to log back in, even while leaving the apk begin!! Example: report an outage, must log in, then go to check my bill, must log in once more, then go check on the outage I just reported, must log in once more. Just terrible design.

  Steve Day: This is just plain dumb it's probably the most useless apk I've ever used, can't review your bill, have to have your invoice number and at least part of your acct # to do anything it's like why bother with it when you can just go online and have all your details and pay. Sry deleting this on acc it's just a waste

  Marie MacDonald: Could Have Bill Info I accept with others here. You could be able to access and pay your bill with this apk. The primary info about weather is better on the weather apks. Another utilities in my region let me to access my bill and acc. National Grid could step up their mini game. I'm uninstalling this after reading these reviews. No point.
