  John Hallis: I installed this apk on my smartphone for my parents as they aren't tech savvy. Installation was simple. I signed in using the member ID number and birthdate and then the member ID number once more (not sure why it required it a second time). The apk then opened. I was able to see the balance info. I inspected the barcode scanner and UPC entry with different products that were purchased latest month, no major problems. I then took my parents to Walgreens to complete this month's purchases.

  Tina Day: Not simple to figure out install. Had to reinstall but after I did YOU will have to enter all digits of your Healthcare card number then a fresh screen appears and asks you for the Healthcare number once more then DOB. That could receive you in. I don't know why it was so difficult.

  Mark Stalsworth Sr: Once I got it installed and opened, the apk worked good. I should scan stuff to see if they were covered by my otc benefit. After checkout, it adjusted my balance quickly. The problem is getting the apk installed and opened. The provider could send all subscribers a link. Secondly, the password keeps getting dropped, and I had to begin over. Finally, I set the biometric function, and it asks me to submit it four times, then tells me error, and THEN opens. A decent apk, just needs work .

  Bob Martin: I installed and got on the website with just my name and latest 4 of my ss number. I added 15 stuff to my cart. Clicked on the cart icon and it said it was empty. Then it kicked me off and I had to uninstall and reinstall. Same thing happened.

  John Pomeroy: Sadly the apk login requires latest name, dob or plan ID. It often fails. The site, on the another hand, asks for username and password only which works flawlessly (and can be saved). I'll continue using the web browser on my smartphone until the dev gets this resolved.

Either method, I will be complaining to Blue Cross-Blue Shield, I need an apk to store at Walmart to scan for the catalog products, a must. Blue Cross-Blue Shield previously used OTC Network, its apk worked to perfection all the times, every time, by contrast, NationsOTC doesn't even have the courtesy to answer to its emails. It needs to fix this apk before it loses its customers.

  Jerry Ferreira: Current apk is terrible since it was replaced. The OTC Network was much better. This fresh one requires you to log in each time you wish to use it and the login process is quirky. Sometimes it hangs. Also, when I test to use the latest 4 digits of my SSN, the apk doesn't recognize my Latest Name and Date of Birth so it makes me use the Healthcare ID.

  ConMack: I've been trying to download this apk for a few days now. It keeps popping up that it won't load. Choices are to 'close apk' or 'send a report' which goes to google. I talked to Alignment Healthcare and seems everyone is having a trouble getting this to work. I trust Alignment went ahead and released this fresh card connection without it really being ready to use. It wasn't ready, but corporate got stuck and powered forward leaving the "concierge" staff to handle the irritated customers like me

  Liz Gardner: Useless for scanning bar codes in stores. That is the only reason I would wish this apk on my smartphone. Even if you manually key in code it doesn't recognize it. Previous apk worked perfectly. Now I only know what is covered in shop by previous purchases. Useless! That and the tedious log in process!
