  Oustanding PT Apk This apk is a good supplement and a must have to compliment all of Stew Smith's fitness ebooks. If you're aiming to pass any of the military fitness tests from boot camp, ocs, academy to unique forces, Stew shows you how to receive there. This apk shows how to properly execute the exercises written in his ebooks. Stay moto and never quit. Semper Fi.

  Chad Rainey: As always, Stew's items is top notch. You won't search a better trainer on the internet....... The only glitch is a reset notice; just Ignore the notice; you don't have to reset. I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite...... Just a tiny word from private experience. I have a college certificate in private trainer, but Stew's materials have helped me understand difficult scientific jargon found in textbooks. Stew puts everything into simple terms to where I can literally place together a tool now. You simply don't receive this kind of hand-holding from a college textbook. If you're serious about getting somewhere, Stew will receive you there in the true globe not just scientific jargon only geniuses can understand.

  Harrison S: Good in terms of content but disappointed in the apk itself. Good apk, unbelievable content that really helps use any of the ebooks Stew Smith has authored or co-authored. But the side of me that knows a tiny about programing and apk development says that technologically this is crap . Always crashes on begin, causing 1 if not 2 relaunches before opening properly. After that the apk is stable untill you exit and reload, then same problem. Would also be nice to be able to swipe to either side to change pages and have the demo videos auto loop. Still worth it though, 5/5.

  Anthony Mason: The apk is awesome but it should be much better, I bought the full pack so I should follow the routine but the everyday trainer is very confusing, poorly organized, and should offer exercises to do for PT, Cardio and such. As I really don't understand what exercises I am to do to complete the workout. I gave the apk a 4 as I would highly suggest it once the everyday trainer becomes more usable.

I am not in the military and I am to old to tey but I do a very physically demanding job! one thing I am curious about though is when it comes to the walking and rinning itbis not very specific on the weight u could begin with. if anyone knows what the norm is that would be good! thanks
