  John Foster: Only use a limited amount of functionality of the apk, ('Local Expense Inbox'), so rating based on that alone. Following updates in latest 9 months, apk is at least improving reliability wise, but still looks and 'feels' amateur and under-developed given the scope of its player base. Couple of usability recommendations / tweak recommendations: - Appears to hold - forever - captured photos of receipts with no house-keeping of old photos, leading to excessive storage consumption for no apparent reason (e.x. I've currently got no 'cached' expenses to upload, yet the 'com.kds.mobility/files/Pictures' directory includes hundreds of megabytes of old receipt photographs for no reason) - at least implement some form of pruning based on age / number of stored receipts? - When adding fresh expense, defaults to today's date. in the 'Date' field. Makes sense if receipt are logged as they're received but suspect that a lot of people (including me) tend to enter expenses in batches and therefore constantly have to 'go back' and choose the appropriate date via the spinner - perhaps default to the latest used date / then have a 'today' button/link to jump to current date?

  P. COSTINI: Two words: SLOW and BUGGY. It took me ages to enter 3 expenses as the integration with camera and upload is very slow (even without image). I hold being disconnected for no reason which is anoying. When adding expense from the + in expense box, camera picture is reversed (???) and date is automatically set to today which forced you to re-open the expense and upload it once more (which takes ages once more). I used frequently the old ver, hope this one will be corrected and updated.

  Rob LS: Nightmare to use until KDS let you to favourite hotel you havent had a confirmed booking (through kds online) for in the past. Scenario: You know exactly which hotels you wish to use in a town and wish to compare rates. None present up so you have to hold tweeking the address for each hotel until it shows. Then write down rates to compare

  Jerome Pardigon: Recent ver has annoyances and a critical bug for the expenses function: -Image of the receipt doesn't receive into focus - Bugged auto completion on the amount of the expense: even though autocompletion is deactivated on my smartphone, it randomly tries to autocomplete. Even worse, backspace to correct the amount works wonkily and triggers more autocompletion. I ended up unable to enter the amount and had to abandon. As a awesome point though, the fresh method to choose date of expense is better than previously.

  A Google user: AVOID! It's shocking how awful this apk has become. I haven't used it for a year and back then at least it worked. Now it craps out on every expense I test to add, either uploading receipt images, or submitting text, or trying to delete failed entries.

  stuart giffen: I need this apk to file expenses. It's rubbish. Not sure who I hate more, the apk creators or my employer for using this company . it's slow. Has blank tiles for upload receipt or for continue / cancel. It's just plain useless.

  Ian Philip: Recent modernize was supposed to have fixed receipt upload which was always buggy,but now it doesn't let me to add screenshot receipt at all as .png files no longer work. Who thought forcing a 6 digit pin was a awesome idea??? Why not fingerprint recognition like a decent apk would have?

My complex, safe, alphanumeric password has been forcibly replaced by a 6-digit numeric-only PIN which is trivially simple to crack, and the stupid morons behind this rubbish have the gall to pretend that this is more safe than before. Cretins.

  Marie Cherry: The My Reports screen stays empty as from today. I had 2 folders and one ready to submit, was waiting the 1st of this month to do so. Except it's all empty now and I can't even make a fresh one because I don't have the + button in that part of the apk. Fix it soon please.

  McJaffa: Need it for work now, the apk is unstable, screens freeze and uploads fail. The back button doesn't operate in this apk and there is no exit option anywhere so you have to force close it. Web ver is not much better and ancient in-house expenses apk was MUCH better
