I wrote a negative review of the apk and within a day they directly addressed and told me how to fix the Alexa similar trouble. And with that restart, my apk was fixed. If only all all apks had such good developers.

  H C: Simple to tool, but if you delete a blind, it still stays in the memory. If the deleted blind was in one of the rooms with another blinds, and when you operate the room, the deleted blind will be operating too. How do you receive rid of it entirely?

  Rodger Pomahac: 2nd Review If anyone needs assist with the apk. Please call them. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly. He really wanted to create sure these blinds worked as they could and talked you step by step, and once setup (easier than I thought) they worked perfectly. Very satisfied and will be adding more in the near future.

  A Google user: There are odd occasions when the blind won't begin or close despite the settings being the same for every day. This is obviously a concern for when we go away as we will not know if the blinds have closed.

  A Google user: Very simple to use and setup, works as advertised! Only 4 stars because the sunrise/set feature doesn't work unless you let the apk to constantly run geo in the background. I tried 'only while using the apk ' and the sunrise schedule didn't work. This is ridiculous because the apk has my city)state. The sunrise/set feature should easily work if the company wanted it to without the Geo place turned on. Instead, you must use data and drain your battery for the feature to work, no thanks.

  Martin Taylor: I had issues with scheduled closing of the blinds which caused just a judder. Closing and opening worked well when giving a direct instruction through the apk. I did post a 1 star review but have since received perfect help via a firmware modernize which has fixed the problem. The apk should be improved by giving some indication as to the open/closed status of the blinds as there's currently no method of knowing whether an instruction has been carried out or not but I gather this is impossible.

  Tom Abbott: Works for most functions however with my remote (R1922-6CH which isn't listed) the scheduling does not close the blinds, it only seems to peform a Next Down so the blinds never close fully.

  A Google user: Hi, why doesn't the icons present the current position of the blinds as they do in your bluetooth apk. It's much smarter and can also be used to control the blinds. It will let you to see the current position of blinds when away from home and take appropriate actions. Which is the reason I switched from bluetooth to wireless connection.

  A Google user: I have been in IT since 1967. This apk is very well thought out, designed and implemented. Documentation online and within the apk is also very awesome, it is clear and concise and well organized. Most of the apk is intuitive and thought so far we've used it for blinds, it perfectly handles TD/BU (Top Down/Bottom Up) blinds which are more complex from an automation perspective. Highly suggested.

  Riley Hosman: I've had 12 blinds for 2 months now. Pairing worked beautiful well. Scheduled automation typically works, but is unreliable (50% of days, 1-2 fail). It's like the hub asks the blinds to lower, but doesn't check if it worked/retry. There's no method on the apk to check the blinds' states. It tracks sunrise/sunset, but was an hour off after daylight savings time (I'm in CST). Top down/bottom up sometimes randomly closes with mode "3" resulting in the whole stack lowering and the blind staying begin.

  Mark Newland: Please add the ability to STOP the blinds in a stage. I wish to set my blinds to stop half method so my plan is to set an elaxa routine to receive them to "restart to the top" wait 60 seconds then go down wait 6 seconds then stop. Please create this possible. As you already have a manual stop button in the apk.
