  A Google user: Presents the news, I guess that's what counts. But the apk is not intuitive, slow, menus are poorly laid out, and you cannot scan headlines only like you were able to in previous versions.

  A Google user: Apk is beautiful well done, unfortunately it doesn't serve as a awesome method to receive local news. The N&R is a glorified police blotter, with nothing but stories about crime. The rest of the "news" articles are re-publications of AP reports or another local news outlets. N&R hasn't had much true journalism in some time. Unhappy for paper serving such a really big metro place in NC, look elsewhere for awesome local news. 2 stars because it is still a large step up from their true "site".
