They will even offer to pay me for the privilege of helping me complete the transaction. That’s right, they will pay me to work with them. I can select the agent I wish to work with based on their rating and comments from another Nobul customers who have worked with them already. Nobul is awesome for buyers of true estate. I’m a seller... I provide some primary info about my property. My property then becomes available to agents on the app. They bid on my business, stating upfront the commission they will charge and the services they will provide to sell my property. I can also select based on the commission I’m most comfortable paying.
