For example one may search that brown noise helps with sleep disorders and for other white noise works better. How to: Press large "Play" button and noise will be played, then you may stay in apk or press home / back to continue playing. You can change color of noise by clicking color-changing button on bottom. If you need more advanced control over noise you can click button with 'sliders'. To set up time after which playing will stop you can click timer button. "Natural RNG" section in advanced menu allows to choose if source for noise maker is uniform or natural. About colors / types. Brown noise: (-6dB / octave) Sounds f.e. like powerful waterfalls, low roaring, thunder. Pink noise: (-3dB / octave) Sounds like rustling leaves, steady rain, wind. White noise: uniform power distribution. Sounds like whirring fanatic, radio static. Blue noise: (+3dB / octave) Sounds like high-pitched hiss of water. Katchia Huett: Best white noise apk out there. It doesn't stop half method through the night, the adds are few and far between and the noises are primary and simple to use. Niall Robertson: Easily the best noise generator. The volume is independent from the smartphone volume and it can be started and stopped from its status bar. The only thing I can request is to have seperate noise for left and right so it is in stereo.
