  A Google user: We lost our power early during Frankenstorm and I reported the outage with the android device apk. Novec responded quickly with an email and the report showed up on the outage map. I checked a couple of times for the status and they fixed the outage within two hours....during the storm. Good Job!

  Lee Stanford: Worthless apk. It only lets you pay your Bill, doesn't tell you how much is due. If I log into my acc I could immediately see a dollar amount due. This apk does not have that.
