Nuna also has a very patient and understanding tone and doesn't create you feel like you are speaking to an AI. The prompts are super simple and helpful. I really like that I have a place on my smartphone which makes me feel secure and heard all at the same time!

It's not a fix for your mental health but it's good if you wish to feel like you have someone to talk to and someone to listen. There's dozens of subjects from stress to helping you sleep!

  ariane bernardo: One star because you can't give none. This apk seemed like a revolutionary method to assist people integrate CBT into their everyday lives and learn healthy mental-hygeine habits. The tool works but the creators are scammers. They contact mental-health bloggers on the internet and ask them to promote in exchange for cash. They never pay, never answer to emails after you post the link to your followers, and it is in my opinion they're aiming to take advantage of a vulnerable demographic.
