  Kevin Collazo: Don't go by the awful reviews. I downloaded, installed, and starting testing out this apk myself. Setting up was a breeze. I'm using the fresh BlackBerry KEYone with the recent OS, this application runs extremely smooth, looks very polished and modernized. I have ZERO complaints. It's not to say that others haven't had problems, but this squad apparently has been working diligently on updates, as those problems have not been replicated in my tests.

  Walter Avalos: It's a lot of clicks to receive the ticket validated and working. It's less clicks to buy a physical ticket at the machine but it's far more convenient so I hold it. It should have a much better purchasing interface. Less pages, less clicks, less scrolling to purchase. It's annoying, every time.

  Enrico Stevenson-Mills: Oops! Unfortunately the shop regularly fails to load. No shop, no tickets. Fortunately, you can still buy tickets on board. The schedule find is full featured, unless you consider usability a feature. There method too a lot of layers and anything can be favorited, but it is unclear where these various favorites will be saved.

  Joanne Sagherian: Apk needs lots of work. Not much is intuitive, takes a long time to load, routes and stops aren't clear. Faq page is too tiny too read, no addresses for stops or clear places, no feedback email address. Seems unnecessarily concise to a fault.

  Mitzy Bautista: I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 EDGE and after I test to login to buy tickets on the apk I receive a notice saying NYC Ferry apk keeps stopping. I've re-installed it a few times. Love riding the ferry. Please fix the apk. 2 Stars because I can at the very least still see the schedules.

  Brandon Schlueter: Call me blind, but the switch over to this apk and the changed management of the ferry seemed sudden. My credit card details which was transferred from the old apk to this one did not work until I reentered the info. The LIC port's name was changed. Generally, just awful transition management, this apk seems mostly done though.

  Christopher Greene: This apk is unusable. It fails when I test to add a payment way and fails when I test to load the shop. I don't know how they screwed this up - the apk it replaced (NY Waterway) was fully functional. I am not using these ferries until the apk is at least barely functional.

  P B: When it has issues, there is no customer service to assist. Seriously no smartphone number at all! So if for instance you change phones without cloud-storing your ticket, you should lose it if you cannot receive through to them. Not a awesome system. Also, the site doesn't even have a "My acc" place where you can control anything EXCEPT buying more tickets. Considering they are paying $4m per boat x 26 boats, you would think they can receive the apk right. :<

  Atelier: This ferry has sunk to the bottom of the East river. First off I can never catch a boat to the Far Rockaways because there are never any boats running. There are no attendants in there booths and the apk or people never know when, if or how much. A true screwed up clown present the town is funding. I'm back on this subway once more because I can catch a boat. And the apk isn't any better.
