Do you need an simple method to manage symposiums with a really big number of attendees? Are your symposium attendees needed to check in and out of sessions? Look no further! Set up process: Our apk seamlessly allows players to make happenings, add sessions for each day of the symposium, and also import a list of attendees. Conference prep: Export your list of attendees (each with special barcodes) right to your badge printing company. Conference day: At check in, hand out badges to symposium attendees. Then, simply use the apk to begin your device's camera, check in and check out attendees from sessions they attend by scanning their barcode. It's that easy! Post conference: Produce reports that can be easily customized and sorted according to your happening, sessions, and more. Special features and player descriptions: There are 3 types of players - Managers, Moderators, and Exhibitors. Manager Role: Managers have full access to creating happenings, adding sessions, importing attendees, adding players, and will be able to freely scan all attendee badges at anytime. Moderator Role: Moderators will be granted limited access only to symposium sessions that are assigned to their acc. These players also have a strict scanning timer that only allows them to check in attendees 20 mins before the session begins and check out attendees 20 mins before the session ends.
