No extra downloads, no acc signup, no missing tiles, no added fees, just seamless offline pan and zoom across the whole North Island. Ideal for back country navigation without cell smartphone access. Famous with trampers, walkers, bikers, runners, hunters, SARS, Te Araroa walkers. Navigation functions contains GPS positioning, orientation (compass), altitude and speed display, and distance and bearing to points on the map. Find for and zoom to named territories and features on the map. Log tracks. Import and Export tracks and waypoints in kms format. An overlay showing DOC begin permit hunting boundaries is included. This shows all current permit boundaries in detail as well as your current place relative to the boundaries.
