Anyone that suffers OCD like myself, will search this entertaining and beneficial in reducing symptoms. Mimi: This apk is helping me so much. I've been using it everyday for 2 weeks now and just purchased the whole apk today. Can't wait to go further. The best part about this apk is the notifications throughout the day. Just positive statements. dragonbunnies: This apk is phenomenal. Obsessive thinking and compulsions have been a hindrance on my daily life. I was diagnosed with OCD as a teenager then it was dismissed and changed to major depressive disorder/bipolar and anxiety. A traumatic happening somehow caused triggered behaviors I thought had went away years ago. OCD makes you feel like you're in a painstaking loop that you're helpless to receive out of, yet you know and see that you're the one keeping yourself in it. To organize thoughts in such a constructive method helps so much. I still have the compulsions but the affirmations of the thoughts are a refreshing break from feeling the "loop". I'm also rating this four stars just because sometimes the movement of the thought bar is type of awkward and sometimes you have to force it. Either method, I know I'll continue with this.

आकांक्षा: i started with this apk 3 days ago while also practicing hindu enkriya meditation. its one that helps people focus their mind and strengthen it. now im sure that enkriya has helped me quite a bit since i got rid of 15 regimes out of 88. i have extreme OCD but this apk only believes in arrangement O there are various kinds of O, mine is cacophobic O but this apk has deemed mine as -morderate bc i dont arrange although im literally incapable of walking across the room without twitching Obsession.

Kristina Dougan: Someone else already summed this apk up well by saying it's trying to indicate all thoughts are either awesome or awful, and you could focus on having awesome ones. I think it just causes more anxiety, not less. But I also I found that CBT didn't work well for me so maybe this is in that vein. if it helps you, good. if not, delete. It could be less about whether a thought is deemed positive or negative snd more about what you do with the thought.

Ian Scheil: There is no such thing as a awesome thought or a awful thought. That's the trouble with OCD is too much time is spent trying to figure out which thought is awesome, awful, etc when thoughts are just thoughts. It's like a computer. Do you know how a lot of random things fly through computer processors? Same with the brain. For me trying to organize these thoughts into awesome or awful is counterproductive. OCD doesn't let for gray place but life does. This apk doesn't let for gray place either and it doesn't allow you just go with how you feel when answering questions etc. Not a fanatic at all. It doesn't challenge me, what it does is exacerbate symptoms even more. Good idea behind the apk though for sure, it is just not working for me at all. My therapists noted I became worse using this apk and do not wish me using it.
