  Sherrell Hofer: Ordered before the end of July as I noticed the next ship date was around August. I received it in arou d 2 weeks! Agreed the apk is a bit glitchy. You have to keep the sync button longer than it says for it to bypass the Emergency details page and actually sync. Watch says water resistant, but I would not try that too much because we had ours in rice by day 2. It would be good to create the watch waterproof in the future of development. Children keeping watches dry isn't simple with tasks like brushing teeth, taking bath or shower, and washing hands. I however have enjoyed this watch and so has my daughter. It is still early in production stages, so it could be more understood there will be glitches. People could expect that. I think the company is doing a good job. A lot of bugs to be fixed, but overall, we love it. We can't wait for the gamification feature to become accessible!

  Brittany Borger: Bought this watch on Monday. Battery died Thursday night. Charged it and Friday morning the watch was stuck on 9:28 PM. Tried to begin the apk and sync the watch and I received the notice "Sorry you had to be logged out, please log in once more." Tried to log in and instead I hold getting the same notice. Troubleshoot on their website and this notice is supposed to mean I'm logged in somewhere else. But I don't have a 2nd device and have not shared my log in with anyone. I've restarted my smartphone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the apk. Same notice. Changed my password. Same notice. $100 wasted because now the apk and watch are useless. Modernize: After emailing Joy Help they were able to fix the bug and I am now back in the apk. It took 3 days for a response, but I am glad to have the problem resolved.

  Lisandra Sanchez: Cant wait for the gamification option to be up and running but so far its good! I created sure to delete the entire sample schedule beforehand and input my own. Watch can be a bit glitchy registering reminders,which is upsetting.so a option to rectify this in apk by parents when its known the activity was done would be nice. Besides that, my son loves his watch, and it is helping us both tremendously.

  Rebecca Pollari: We have had the watch since Christmas..."Santa" gave it to our son ...it worked good until maybe 1 week ago. It will not sync. Apk keeps forcing closed automatically. I can add or delete reminders but cant sync and it will not allow me go into the settings/ menu and my son can't use the watch as the time is method off so reminders are useless at this point! I deleted the apk and reinstalled but no change.

  Aisling Marshall: Just got this watch yesterday for my 7 year old son with ADHD, ODD, and Anxiety in the hopes that I should assist him learn to be personally responsible for his time and behavior, as all as to assist him manage the anxiety he has about the unknown happenings of the day. I started setting up his schedule latest night and I'm moderately satisfied with what I've experienced so far. However, there are a few icons that I feel could be staples for this population (unique needs kids) that are missing from the list of "700+ icons". For example, a "Meet with Counselor" icon would be beneficial. There is currently a "Meet with psychotherapist", "meet with psychiatrist", "general practitioner", etc, but I think "counselor" would be more appropriate for the ages this watch is suggested for. Other awesome thing would be the ability to set "behavior reminders" to assist children stay on task throughout the school day, much like the Motivaider or Watchminder. I would also like the ability to see the complete collection of icons and be able to pair them with my own customized reminder. So far, the watch/app seems awesome, but I'm hoping newer updates will reflect some of the problems I have with it.

  Jill Bradshaw: I message the majority of reviews are for an older ver of the tool, but we are one week in and so far so awesome. My daughter is Deafblind with multiple disabilities and we have trued a lot of visual calendars and so far this works well with the watch. To sync with Bluetooth you begin apk and place watch on charger then hit sync and it says remove watch from charger. I appreciate this is designed to not hold Bluetooth on 24/7 or have lots of things my daughter presses and watch battery seems to latest. Works good so far for nanny, dad, myself and school to have option to modernize the schedule. My only want is that the apk was better to go into a mode present my daughter the full day schedule in the morning to present what is coming up rather than the kid interaction being just with the icons in the watch and just seeing reminders as they come. The current view is mostly designed around the parents editing and I feel like there should be a mode for the kid where they can look throughout the day and either have no access to change the schedule or minimal access to have a few choices during the day. Like at 4pm do you wish to go to the park or go swimming today then we can tool her watch accordingly for the day. Looking forward to continued updates

Le SAV m'a demandé de la renvoyer au USA, ce que j'ai fait er depuis plus aucune nouvelle. Le help fait la sourde d'oreille malgré mes nombreuses relances! A éviter EDIT: j'ai finalement reçu la montre réparée après des mois de silence de la part de l'équipe JOY!!! Je reste déçu du SAV malgré tout. Évaluation mise à jour.

  Jacquine Shippy: So far it seems to be working as it could, but there are things that should create it much better. There could be a method to set up your own schedule profiles another than "regular" and "vacation", like school days, weekend days, weekdays at home, etc. That method if my kid has a day off from school I can change the schedule in a few clicks instead of deleting every single happening for the day then putting in fresh ones. More advanced notification settings would be nice. My kid needs constant prompting so I have reminders set every few mins and my smartphone has been going absolutely nuts. Turning on only certain notifications would be nice. I'll modernize if/when I have another thoughts. I've only had the watch a couple days so it's still early.

  Chris Crouch: UPDATE: As of 0700 on Aug 21, apk is no longer crashing. Still a clunky apk, but it's early in the release stages. Hopfully, the developers will listen to the end players, and add some features (i.e. Duplicate Schedules for siblings, Recommend Icons based on what's being used in the schedule, multi-select for deleting stuff and End Date for Repeating stuff). All things in time. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Got the watches yesterday, and set them up latest night. My twin daughters loved them today. I was setting up tomorrow's scheduled, and suddenly anytime I test to kind ANYTHING into the Find bar, the apk crashes. I've restarted my smartphone, reinstalled the apk, tried it on my smartphone (LG G5) and smartphone (Samsung Tab 8), but it's the same problem. Even tried to see if the Vacation/Regular Time Period was the problem (originally set the schedule to Regular, but wanted to do it under Vacation instead), but no luck. I can add happenings and reminders using the "Recommended" Icons, but anytime the Find bar is used, the apk crashes. There are another UI recommendations, but until this bug is fixed, they're moot. As of now, I'm sitting with two random pieces of plastic on my desk. Lots of potential, so I'm hoping the apk gets worked out.

  Tim Tipple: Awful pairing sequence for Android device. Works instantly with iOS. "Have mate go to the right hand menu and select "Watch Permissions"..... What right hand menu, there is not one appearing on the watch? I can receive your error codes though, something like 0007 xxxx. Go return your purchase before you begin it! Joy SAS, your product needs more bench and logic testing for all Android device devices or label the watch as Only for iOS. (I'm running LG G3 with Android device 6.0.1).

  All this time waiting for this watch, and it was just a large disappointment. The idea behind this watch was brilliant but the end effect was a flop. First thing I noticed was the watch's setting button was extremely hard to press. Even for an adult. In my opinion it was cheaply created. I bought two and I also noticed that one watch's vibration was powerful but the another was very weak. The apk was a joke. The first time you register and sync the watch it works good. Once you log off from the apk and test to log back in later, you receive the run around. The apk kept saying my password didn't match. I must have changed the password like 12 times and still no success. When you click on the customer help link, after a long period waiting, the page never opens. Don't waste your cash.

  Tamara Rogowski: When you first make an acc everything is ok. But if you log out or receive a fresh smartphone you receive an error notice that your password is incorrect. I've tried repeatedly to have it send me a password restart, which I've never received. I've also contacted customer help online, who was really no assist either. The only method I should access the watch once more was to make a brand fresh acc. This really needs to be fixed!!!

  Nina Baker: This a rip off!! I feel like I've been played. I cannot sign back in after letting too much time go before verifying my email. I have followed instructions to change my password and it still won't allow me sign in. Comes back with the fact that I haven't verified my acc still. So I tried to contact customer service and. The Web address does not load!! Someone please fix this ASAP! I will take you to consumer affairs. After spending alot of cash and waiting over 7 mths to keep my 2 watches I am getting so fed up with this. Someone please fix this!!

  David Hand: Purchase 9/16 promised delivery by 3/17 didn't arrive until end or 7/17. Well past daughters birthday day in June. I've had it 2 days working marginally. Now the tool logged me and password change requests aren't working. Clicked like to help website and it won't load. Perhaps I'll upload weekly video updates of my daughters disappointment in this awful product.

  Terra Jenkins: Has the worst customer service that ive ever had. I bought some eqipment black friday after it came highly suggested. I place them up for christmas , Christmas one of the watches didnt work. I contacted help , nothing till janurary. not even a hey we are out for the holidays modernize. So I sent in other describing the problem. From there It only got worse instead of reading what the problem was about the company kept asking if it was updated or synced turned on, when I had already in the initial email told them due to the button malfunction was unable to do anything including syncing up with the smartphone to modernize. it was increadibly hard. to do anything with it. Had i bought this from a shop no problems in and out with a working watch instead i wait almost a week going back and forth getting more upset. I finnaly got a label to ship with. sent it out .. Nothing , no word. nothing back from the company. mind you on my end its been since Christmas day that i started trying to receive a working watch. I dont recomend you wasting your cash like I did mine to search out the hard method .. Also I sent in other email still no response . They dont care about their customer base Wh

  Marlain Habib: This is the largest scam ever....I'm sure they've spend all their cash on getting others to state this is such an innovative product rather than actually making a product that works. This is a piece of junk! The stuff were extremely late like from a promise date in March but didn't arrive until August! The apk doesn't work...if you're lucky enough to create an acc after a while it kicks you out and continuously gives an error notice that you've been logged out and need to log back in, but you can't log back in. I've attempted changing my password, as well as uninstalling the apk and reinstalled it but still the same error. Not to mention that the watch itself only has one button,only vibrates doesn't create any sound, and very limited choices in the schedule. Other trouble is there is no customer service..no one responds to emails and I can't search a smartphone number anywhere to call. Finally looking at all the Negative reviews everywhere admin has not responded to a single one showing that they were only after our cash but they don't care at all about how the product effected the consumers. Products like this create people not wish to risk supporting a Kickstarter product.... extremely extremely disappointed!!!☹️

  French Savanah: I reinstalled the apk on my smartphone, but despite clicking on the 'forgot password' option, I continually receive the notice 'Something went wrong. Test once more?'. So I tried setting up the acc once more, but receive tood that the email is already in use. Fine, tried the email address once more, and after selecting the Forgot Password option once more, once more receive the 'Something went wrong. Test once more?' notice. Why? I had place the watch away after first receiving it, as it was substantially various from how it was portrayed on kickstarter, but thought I'd test it once more. But now I am back to more frustration with it.
