  A Google user: Once I added the softphone to my OfficeSuite acc I easily downloaded and installed the apk. The apk uses the same player name and password as my regular office smartphone and a special license # thta was given to me when I signed up. Very simple to login to the apk and begin calling. I am also using this in my vehicle with bluetooth over the Verizon 4G network. I love listening to system voicemails on my method home. I even use it for three method calls.

  Michael Burke: I was messing around with Preferences when an unexpected call came in. Call qulity was good abd the caller showed no signs that the sound was anything less than 'normal'. I would like to see Preference menu at the Home Key on my Samsung Galaxy Note II.

  Craig Strang-Thompson: The apk works well with awesome voice quality. It does not play well switching from wireless connection to my data plan, so when I leave my office it often fails in the vehicle (defeating the whole purpose). This is a known problem and is reportedly being addressed. Removing and reinstalling the apk can remedy most errors. The apk is able to access my Android device contacts but lacks 'Favorite' list of contacts so each time I must find for numbers. Broadview help has been STELLAR. No product is excellent but they are sure trying!

  Jamie Elliott: Apk disables microphone for all another apks (regular smartphone, WhatsApp, Google assistant) when running. Must completely log out and shut down apk to use microphone elsewhere. Quite inconvenient when I would like to use my smartphone as a smartphone and a phone.

  Concept 211: The apk randomly logs out (unregisters) by itself. I have to constantly hold checking the apk to create sure it's logged in. Really frustrating because it causes me to lose calls and clients/coworkers can't receive a keep of me.

  Vic Ricker: Recent modernize is awful. Breaks goggle now (microphone), immediately switches away from screen with mute button making it difficult to mute/ unmute. Holding smartphone versus face causes phantom presses to the screen and chaos. Keypad sometimes does not transmit. Tones sometimes don't play when pressing keypad. Noticeable delay in key presses. Etc.
