  zoesky 87: There's a ebook published by the same company that provides much more in depth info that you will need in understanding the different sections, how they work together, and to confidently reply the questions presented in the exam. This application was a awesome SUPPLEMENT to the ebook. Good for reviewing while on the go. I suggest taking the mock exam after the case study and reviewing the sections individually according to how to scored per section. Reviewing all sections at once can be overwhelming.

  Dalibor Brunári: The study part is useless the hotel story does not tell you antyhing what is ITIL about. The questions section and practice is fine, it can prepare you well in terms of how are the questions formulated etc. If you intend to pass exam based only on this apk - you can forget it it won't work. But overal I am happy - helped a lot in my preparation for exam.
