OFFROAD ATLAS allows you to safely discover our National Forest land, even offline. The apk shows your GPS place on our seamless Motor Car Use Map (MVUM) to assist you identify streets, stay on trails, obey use classifications, and navigate alternative routes in and out of the forest. We also offer fast access to the official MVUM PDFs.What is a MVUM? It is a map that shows where you can legally operate a motor car on National Forest land. OFFROAD ATLAS uses your phone’s GPS to present your place on our seamless map. We combine the MVUM with another data such as local streets and our map is easily downloaded for offline use.You may browse the map while you have wireless connection or cell service and OFFROAD ATLAS will automatically download any of the places you view for offline use when you don't have network access. ts H: Just keeps getting better & better They idea of pre-planning a route, with awesome possibility for a successful trip is greatly improved with this apk. Very competent and useful info based on mvums that are as up to date as possible. With the apk and a smartphone call to the ranger station(s) for confirmation before leaving, it's as close to an "simple" button as it gets. Very nice!

Geoff Beasley: Good MVUM apk for Jeeping! Works good with Backcountry Navigator as well. If you're the Trail Leader for your Jeep Club trip or if you're going out exploring on your own, you NEED this apk! And in the off possibility your smartphone has a technical trouble, the developer is readily accessible to assist you troubleshoot the trouble. Offroad Atlas could be on every outdoor adventurer's smartphone!

Bruce Harang: Locks up my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Apk seems to work but once active I can't turn it off and all non-app controls are dead. Only a power down and reboot give me back my smartphone. UPDATE: I tried the apk after the developer's fast response and search that I can indeed close the apk through the recently used menu. For some reason I didn't search this option from a scan of the apk info. Thanks for the concise and fast assist response. UPDATE2: The double tap for the end button is a more common functionality and very welcome. Thank you.

B Wallace: Works good I use it regularly hitting trails in the Francis Marion National Forest minimally maintained and non maintained streets. Some are hardly visible and this GPS works good for finding them and identifying which are non or minimally maintained. Two thumbs up

Divyesh Gopal: As other reviewer place it, this apk seems to have a lot of promise, but it needs some work. For example, for Tennessee place, there are lines shown that would signify off street tracks. However, these streets are not for off street. It is just regular streets. It would be good if the apk would have color grids to signify off street lanes. Also, it does not connect to my GPS and another maps such as Google Maps and Wayze. I worry about trespassing onto some personal land. There are a lot of personal land in middle TN place, and I do not wish to accidently destroy someone's property. It would be good if the apk maker fixes these problems.

Nick Worth: Good idea and execution to create MVUMs simple to use. However, it seems nearly all of the MVUMs around me in Colorado are outdated so the apk doesn't serve much purpose until the database of MVUMs is regularly updated with what's accessible on the USFS ranger district websites. It would also be nice to have some sort of in apk file management to see what is already downloaded and what is pending, plus the ability to delete or modernize specific maps and/or regions.

Andrew Rogers: The apk seemed to have a lot of promise. Unfortunately the tracking stopped before we got to the national forest. I assume this is because of low cellular signal in the forest rather than an problem with the apk. The trouble is I can expect low cellular signal in most of the National Forest trails in Michigan.

Wayd Walker: Horrific resolution at all levels The awful resolution makes these maps painful to look at. Don't know where the refund button went but I so wish my 99 cents back.
