  Massive Loop: Gets the job done. One large recommendation: enable or have the ability to use a various sound for the MFA apk. We use a sonic wall with VPN and it will reauth periodically, would be awesome to hear that unique time like DUO does.

  Ashley Scheer: As of right now it is working. If I have to log onto my pc it auto sends push notifications to my smartphone and I only need to choose approve and I'm in. However, when I test to access certain apks Okta will time out. I am not sure if that is Okta or my employer who is wanting to create sure I am using their VPN so it is timing out, but for now, works ok and is very simple and easy to use. (Knocking on wood after I have read all of the comments).

  Dang Nguyen: Push notifications work only about 30% of the time. I'll not even receive the notification to approve a login and be forced to enter the code manually. Repushing doesn't do anything either.
