  Richard Parkinson: I recently purchased the translator off Temu. Although there were initial minor issues setting it up. I persevered and was successful in the end. Things now work perfectly. I'm off to Egypt in a couple of weeks, where there are plenty of Russians whom I do receive along with on latest visits. Also some language problems with the locals, I will allow you know how it goes. I'm feeling positive.

  Adam Ruminer: While the translation works well, at least from my few limited tests, the delay and clunkieness of having to activate the Bluetooth to use these create them really only useful for rudimentary communication or in an emergency. Bluetooth uses so much power, you cannot just "leave it on" all the time, while walking around a forign village far from a power supply. It depleats the smartphone battery fairly quickly. At least on my older Android device Samsung S9 Plus. Time to replace the battery maybe? 4 Stars!

  B Spit: Purchased 2 sets of headphones from the Tiktok store. The translate works but with one major drawback! It uses the microphone on your smartphone to listen to the conversation, not the individual earbuds. This will only work in a quiet setting where both people talking are close enough for your smartphone mic to hear. I had hoped that the earbuds would do the listening only using the apk on your smartphone as a pass-through for the translation. In reality your smartphone hears everything around you making this useles
