  Ryan Irwin: LIFE SAVER I can't speak highly enough about this apk. I suggest it constantly. Just got a text today, "I am unhealthily overburdened right now..." This is all too real far too often for so a lot of of us! The difference the Pause apk makes is crucial to living out of healthy rhythms. We go SO quick all the time. Pausing for 1 to 10 mins does not rob us of effectiveness or efficiency. It saves us to be more than those two things and to operate from a pace of peace.

  Mel Parkes: What I required. I love using this between transitions of my day and when I feel overwhelmed. The ten min pause let's ypu select worship, guidance and I think vision. (Still fresh) and the guidance selection was excellent to connect with God when I was struggling with conflict in my marriage. It helped receive me on a steady track and assist resolve our argument.
