  Papa Mac: Seems like a worthless apk. I listed a few repairs that I wanted, total repair costs at least $500. The apk gave me about a half dozen or so repair shops in my vicinity with around $100 average cost. Seems like they just list the nearest shops. I'm still going to have to call each store individually and see what the specific charges for the repairs that I wish. Can do this with Google or Yelp. Complete waste of my time and info

  Jeremy Moyer: The apk works well. The business does not. The initial quotes are low. I chosen an Openbay preferred provider, submitted my credit card details, and then received a fresh quote that was $160 higher. Openbay placed a keep on my credit card for the initial quote amount. They promptly released it. The process does not promote confidence auto repair through this company

  Adarsh Pradeep: Bogus quotes from shops that aren't even partnered with them. Misleading. Called the shops to verify the quotes and they told me they don't work with OpenBay & haven't even heard of them. This must be part of that unethical "growth hacking" VC funded startups are known for. Please delete my FB acc link and OpenBay acc as I don't believe you with my data.

  Paula: I like the concept of Openbay and the private concierge created a very determined effort to receive me to follow through and use their service, but the Openbay Suggested service store I used didn't do the job I paid for. I paid close to $100 for a windshield washer fluid pump and motor replacement. The store simply replaced the hose and it's not even the correct size. Their 30 day guarantee is too short so there's nothing I can do except pay for the repair elsewhere. I feel swindled. Don't believe the reviews on the apk. The high stars are probably done soon after service and there's no method to go back and edit to a awful review after the fact. I would change my review of the store on the apk if I should.
