Simon Liau: The hotel sent me the link to install the apk. I did out of curiosity. It did work the first time I used it. The second time though, it didn't work. I'm not sure if they are similar, but my physical key card also stopped working at the same time. I tried reset the apk, uninstall and reinstall the apk. none of that worked. Finally I had to visit the front desk for a replacement key card. I'd give it one star if it didn't work even once.

Owen Valentine: Hotel owners, don't squad up with this apk. Unnecessarily complex to be a hotel hey. Why do I need an acc for this. It could need nothing but Bluetooth, nfc, and maybe place services. It doesn't even work consistently. I just wish a dumb apk that can scan my hotel keycard and begin my hotel room door.

Walker: Right, this apk downloads, makes the correct key, but doesn't work on Android device 9. I did a tiny investigating and my results: The apk only works when both Bluetooth and GPS are on. Please contain these in your instructions before more people receive locked out of their rooms. Updating to a one star because your squad says they went through troubleshooting, but I had to explore the fix. I even wiped my smartphone in my troubleshooting.
