  Jhalil Rice: I had the old one and it worked ok I wad able to pay my bill just ok. But now they have this fresh one and after i downloaded it i can't even sign the hell into it. Never changed id or pass so eat is the trouble optimum. It you guys are going to force us to receive a fresh apk at least create sure it works properly before sending it out to the masses

  Leslie Dee: Apk does not really tell you if tech is is in place and on the method. Just gives 1hr timeframe. My tech was late by 1hr + then I rescheduled after the window frame. Cable office Agent did call to advise lateness of tech. God to fair apk duplicates details of online acct details.

  Jhony Nelson: If only when you test to reschedule an appointment, It records the right month! I test to reschedule and chosen a date and a specific month but when I confirmed (step 3), I got an email saying it's a month later. I have tried multiple times, multiple days, same mistake. That one u should pay bills faster,reset routers and fix another problems without calling and actually feel like you're in control. This apk in it's newer ver sucks!!   Arturo Miranda: Complete garbage. Waste of time and place. Another then faq's, access to bill pay and some settings access there is no point to this apk. You can Google the FAQ, and you might as well call and wait on the F#@!*?$ smartphone because the apk will take you to the web sign in or can not assist you anyways. Other thing,why must I sign in to my acc once I already signed into the apk, just to access settings in one of my devices?

  Go Play: Useless for anything but tutorials--that'll be good if/when I need them. I can use my smartphone web browser to access the main website--don't need an apk for that which is the only another thing I can see it does. Help has created it seem like I would be able to see details about when scheduled service was going on in my place so I wouldn't have to call to search out if it's just me or a wider problem they are aware of or just routine scheduled maintenance. That would be really handy.
