  A Google user: EDIT: My trouble was because the supplier didn't contain an installation tutorial so I was trying to install the wrong device, which needed other kind of hub. I have edited my review with 5 stars because I don't have any problems another than this, which was solved anyway. I test to add a fresh device and it doesn't allow me because it thinks I don't have a hub configured, even though I do. I tried resetting the hub and configuring it once more, this works but when I test to add the smart curtain it says once more that I must have a hub. If I test to add the device from the hub I can't because it doesn't have the model.

  Teo Keng: I'm able to connect and add the socket to the HomeMate Apk, but anyhow I couldn't control the socket at all, always hit Timeout error.. I'm using Orvibo 25UK. When I manually turn on and off the socket by hand, the status is reflected in the apk. I have email the socket MAC address to your email. Kindly help. I retry and hit the same once more. Thanks a lot for the prompt response and fixes delivered by help squad. Now the device works!

  A Google user: I got my 1st B25UK in mid-Dec 2016. I got other 4 related troops later by mid-Jan 2017. These recent model must use HomeMate. I am currently using V 2.1.0 & I have not updated to the recent ver ( updating is done in HomeMate , not Google Play Shop ) because this ver currently works ok for me. Timers & notifications work perfectly. My initial experience : I experienced offline after a week in usage. I noted this happened when my home wireless connection changes its IP ( ISP provides dynamic IP for homes in Malaysia unless you subscribe for static IP )I also noted this shortcoming had been highlighted earlier by some reviewers. I feedback to Orvibo Technical Squad using the HomeMate. ( you need to register )They did answer. We communicated to & fro over a period of 3 weeks. I feedback on specifics which might be helpful for them to resolve my specific shortcoming. They were slow in communication, but this shortcoming was resolved at this point.They wrote me on 22 Jan 2017 that they had updated my 5 troops in their server.( you need to provide them the MAC of your troops ) I confimed this is working well by on & off my modem or router & checked that the wireless connection IP was changed before opening the HomeMate over a few occasions to ensure the performance is consistent : no more offline experienced. Previously, I need to restart the router once more in order to resolve this offline problem for B25UK.( This I learnt from reviews by another players ). B25UK is well created. I recommend another players feedback to Orvibo Technical Squad on specifics to create this product excellent. They do answer albeit rather slow. B25UK now deserves 5 stars from me after this offline problem was resolved. I took the problem to write this review because I think they were putting efforts to resolve my complaint. Thank you Orvibo Technical Squad.
