  Noah Chelliah: OSTicket along with this apk have changed the method we are able to help our clients. Can't wait for more features but this is a solid apk well worth the price. UPDATE: with the ability to make tickets this apk is now excellent! I see another players that want for push notifications we already receive push notifications via email although I guess I can see where they are coming from. For us this apk has become indispensable.

  Isaac Brown: This apk and company are good. At first I couldn't seem to receive the apk to work very well so I contacted help and got a answer within three business days! Then after that the replies came faster. They helped me with all the issues I had encountered, were fast about it, and very nice customer service interactions.   Dawid Fouche: After a few months i would have though that the developer would have sorted out the bugs. As specialy the paid apk. Come on guys, lets receive this right. Half of the apk is english and the rest in some another language. Really awful effort on quality. Please, i would like to help this apk and the same goes for my colleagues. The apk needs more attention. Allow us know when you actualy receive it right.

  Justin Wilson: This is a good apk concept. Too awful the Pro features don't work! Fresh tickets & replies are never posted. Despite the apk confirming they were "made successfully". I'm satisfied to improve the rating if the apk did what it claims. FYI - running OSTicket v1.9.3 on IIS 7 for some time now.
