  B Clair: This apk is a good thing . I have used it a few times over the latest few years , and it's mostly beautiful good. It's more cost effective than the another state run devices. It's also much more convenient than wearing a ankle monitor. The old bac trac was a piece of junk for sure , but the fresh smart breath is beautiful much trouble gratis . the only thing I think that it needs is to be offline capable , to assist honest people check in when out of range . got me in problem a few times .

  Paul A. Collings: Dont.like this apk. It used to crash all the time, and I got accused of not checking in with the apk, even though I did. Then they updated the apk yesterday and it stopped working altogether. Once more I got accused of not checking in, even though the apk wouldn't even allow me check in if I had wanted to. We got all that fixed, but now I have a permanent notification that says the "OSM GPS tracker is working" and it will not go away. I really don't need a 24/7 reminder that they are tracking my place all the time. Please disable GPS notification. Thanks for listening to my rant.

  Jennifer Ford: I receive my notifications but when I go to check in it won't allow me rocord. I have been down there 2 times and first person said it was my smartphone then a month later other lady said it's the tool deal with it.

  Bre Strubinger: The apk concept is awesome, but there are tool and device problems to be addressed. I don't always keep a notification to check in until a few mins have passed on the countdown clock shown when I begin the apk. Therefore, I screen shot every visual apk check in request notification I keep the shows the time it was received. Also, my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S5) will not notify me through audio or vibration when I am on a call. Finally, device will register false positive for menthol cigarettes.

  TwinCities4Life: It doesn't always notify. You have to hold a close eye on the clock. Getting server error almost every time. I'll click connect, then it asks to press record, then it doesn't always do the warning up phase. Just asks to connect once more. Place has to be on to use the apk. This drains battery fast. Trustin an apk this buggy to hold one out of jail is scary.

  Modesta Solano: Well it alerted me to do breatherlizer at approx 8:30pm and it is now 9:52pm and I still can't send a try because apk won't function correctly, it gives me 4 various error messages. I'm going to test it one one time right now. I even uninstalled the apk 4 times and with this time it is 5. I pray it works because I'm trying to succeed!

  Tim Clingman: I have been on this for 2 months now and what I don't like is when your trying to connect and you receive a thing saying create sure this is the only breathalyzer in the vincity how am I suppose to know there is other one around. And I missed a try by 2 hours before and it wasn't my fault my smartphone was acting up had an alarm set on it never went off or didn't receive the alert to say check in.

  Donna Richardson: Have been violated and warrant issued due to the apk not properly notifying me. Sometimes it will sound and say please check in with OSM then another times my smartphone will be right in my lap and a I just happen to look at it and it had already went off 40 mins ago so missed try. I have tried to explain this to my case manager and obviously she doesn't care. This is the worst apk.

  Brittany Stigleman: A lot of problems with this apk, it won't detect device or load, it gives you 30 minute to take your try but you spend 45 minute trying to receive it to connect. Next problem is system error and will freeze your smartphone and you have to wait to reset you smartphone (really awful if you can't take you Battery out) Third trouble, it doesn't always notify you to take the try sometimes it says out loud to check in others it vibrates. 4th problem is testing more than 5 times a day. 5th problem is no sleep if you have a baby that wakes up anywhere from 2am to 5am and the inspected you at 11:50pm the night before and 6 am that next morning leaving you with no sleep. 6th problem you must have proper lightning or they can't see you so I'm just going to stop here and say god please fix this system and stop experimenting with this idea on true life situations and just fix it before giving it to people.

  Dylan Hendricks: #1.The alert goes off and you begin it to check in, and the timer has 10 seconds left on it. Most of the time its not giving you the allowed time you set up to check in. #2. If you check in out of service, and go back into service and begin apk IT WILL NOT SEND ALL VIDEOS!!!! #3 i have used this for 2 months and have never recived any notification of any tests, after submitting.#4 when uploading a try, video will upload to 99% then say "somthing went wrong please test once more later" ? Ridiculous!
