A Google User: Override sound volume Problem with sound volume? It is a lollipop trouble not apk. Create pager duty priority apk. Then when you change your sound profile to priority only DO NOT lower the volume. Priority alerts will only ring but it still obeys the volume level so leave volume up. Another sounds receive blocked but priority receive through at the volume you set. Never choose none profile cause that blocks all sounds. Pager duty devs, if you wish to receive around this priority apk trouble then see if you can set the alert sound as an alarm.

A Google User: Good apk, does the job very well. Still room for improvement It is overall very awesome, fully functional and all that. I only have 3 not so necessary problems with it, and I can live with them atm. Hopefully one day it will be improved. 1. There is no chance of having multiple accounts logged in at same time. 2. "Old" notifications, already resolved on other device (from smartphone or pc) receive delivered after the smartphone is turned on. 3. As other reviewer noted, there are multiple notifications in the "notification / status bar" of the device. I already reported problem #1 to their help long time ago. and while I'm at it, scream out to their help techs, especially someone called Kath (or very related name)

A Google User: Ver 3.0 crashes continually Ver 3.0 continually crashes on a Galaxy S5 running 4.4.2. Previous ver was much more stable. I did contact help. They advised that I log out, stop the apk, clear the cache delete it, reinstall it, then begin it and log in once more. I have not seen the apk crash since.

A Google User: Solid where it needs to be I used this apk since its first revision and it has progressed significantly. First of all, it does a awesome job of alerting me of incidents. I also setup PD online to SMS me and then call me if I miss any of the opportunities to answer to an problem and that works good too. I had an problem and I brought it up here in the reviews and PD tech help picked it up right away and they stuck through it until the end. Good service, and good customer service.

For a company as large as Twitter, though, it'd be good if there was ticket filtering, so only the problems that I had been notified of (not just outstanding problems) would be shown. Maybe "My begin incidents" and "My latest incidents"? Awesome job!
