COMET contains timed metrics such as the Timed Up and Go; patient-reported outcomes such as the Socket Comfort Score and Lower Extremity Functional Scale; and surveys such as the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire. When evaluating a patient on an outcome measure, a clinician can choose one or multiple measures for the patient to complete. After completion, the COMET mobile apk instantly calculates the scores and automatically generates a report of the results that can be exported as a PDF for inclusion in the electronic patient health record where external documents are supported. COMET simplifies and standardizes the use of outcome measures for everyday clinical practice by enabling practitioners to easily choose the appropriate measure, administer the try, and immediately keep the effect to inform evidence-based clinical care.
