  Carl Sher: I have a question. There's a question in the first exam (#35 if its always the same) that shows all signs of CHF/right sided heart failure. The question is treatment based. In the rational it states a concern for ACS over CHF. What is the logic of concern for ACS, especially over CHF? Either method, love this apk. It's been a large assist thus far.

  Adam Walker: Question In the pharmacology section the question of what drug would be most beneficial to a patient in CHF, I feel could be removed. Aren't the benefits of furosemide prehospitally are marginal at best when compared to CPAP? Should readapt this question in airway or medical? Cpap is by far more beneficial and less intrusive. Overall, this and it's accompanied apks are outstanding. Thank you for your time.
