  Cyn Verge: I've personally have never had a trouble with the apk. I also don't understand why people would be complaining about the 20 cents fee. The apk allows you to pay your meter without having to go back outside. In the winter it will definitely be helpful, I wouldn't mind paying 20 cents to not have to go out in the snow for a meter. People just love complaining.

  Charles Ball: Surprisingly awesome Couldn't figure out the utility of the validating merchant's list, though. Most of the issues are matters of policy rather than the apk. It would be nice to add less than 1/2 hr at a time. The kiosks allow you add 15 mins on a credit card with no penalty, why not the apk? $ .20 convenience fee is simply gouging. The timer alert is useful, but making it customizable would be even better.

  Leticia Caceci: The apk is fine but they don't alert you. They used to have a particular alert sound, it was a vehicle beep, various from my another alerts and I was able to tell if I was running out of time. Now, nothing! I have all the right alert buttons on and still nothing. and they don't seem to know what's event at their end. They tend to blame it on your smartphone rather than on themselves! Perhaps I could send them the tickets I received because of lack of notification and see how they react!

  Michael Lee: Works ok but too a lot of unnecessary taps Takes method too a lot of taps to begin a fresh session compared to another parking apks. If I lose my smartphone, there are plenty of better methods to steal from me before I can lock it than running up a tab on my acc for parking!

  adamgroo: The apk crashes every single time I use it. To be clear, it works ok for parking and payment. I've had no issues with that part. But once my parking expires, I cannot re-open the apk to park the next morning until I go to settings>apps>force stop, and then I can use it once more. I repeat, this is not an occasional trouble. It happens every time I use it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times. Same effect.

  James Urteaga: This is an terrible apk that I've used for 7 months, every day, like an abusive relationship, dealing with their assault on my time, cash, and happiness. Here's why this apk (and company) could not exist. 1 - Their apk is buggy, often not giving you a notification when your time is up. (To attenuate this, I add a notification to my calendar for when I have to refill my time) 2 - The apk, after using it close to every day for months, completely screwed me by showing me a confirmed payment screen (the countdown), only to then dissappear from my history screen (crashed, presumably), and not present any record of it (it didn't register my payment at all). Now I'm sitting with my 3rd ticket this month, the another two (and all before it) being from not getting the notifications that my parking expired (which I now have a system for). 3 - I called their help regarding this problem, only to receive an unhelpful agent who kept thinking I had an problem paying (despite looking at my history and seeing my 5 payments from yesterday, and hundreds from the past few months). I was eventually transfered back to White Plains, then back to Passport. 4 - Passport never answered the help call once more, I tried 3 times, around 3pm on a Tuesday. This company, and apk, are terrible. Ps, I have an modernize pending. They could have alerted me to that in the apk, not waited until I came here to write this review, if that's what caused the problem.

  Sage Kim: Got charged FOUR times! When I go to pay, and submit payment, it says "cannot connect, check your Internet connection". When I came to play shop to place negative review, noticed modernize avail, despite I have it auto modernize. I modernize apk, and go back to apk, now it shows that I already paid for parking! Looked for customer service link, none in apk.

  Michael Oppenheimer: The apk does not notify you when you enter a place to park at the train station and the spot is reserved. They will gladly take your cash and you still receive a ticket. You need to place a warning up when you enter a place number that is reserved by someone else.
