Partners HealthCare On Demand is a convenient, low-cost care option for minor illnesses and injuries that is accessible anytime and anywhere in the United States. Patients (adults and kids age 2 and older) connect to Partners HealthCare providers through a safe video visit on the web or mobile device. Teladoc Physicians will deliver services to patients located outside of Massachusetts and also serve as a backup practice in Massachusetts if Partners HealthCare providers are unavailable. Providers can diagnose, offer treatment and prescribe medication, if medically important, for a lot of health conditions, including: • upper respiratory infections/flu/cough/cold • sinus symptoms • sore throat • ear ache • eye irritation/conjunctivitis • allergies • rashes • other minor injuries and minor illnesses • urinary symptoms (painful urination, yeast infections) (adults only) • mild asthma exacerbations (adults only) Partners HealthCare On Demand is NOT for medical emergencies. For medical emergencies, call 911. Partners HealthCare is an integrated health care system, founded by Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, that offers patients a continuum of coordinated and high-quality care.
