Carol: I had to factory restart my smartphone and before I did that I backed up password manager to my Google Drive and to my Dropbox and guess what. I cannot retrieve any of it! It is disgusting. I am so upset I have meticulously saved passwords sites PIN numbers notes everything and it's all gone. fine. thanks for your assist. I got it!!! :)

Paul West: bkup does not work. i tried 2 times 2 diff bkups to google drive going from one smartphone to other and the file i choose to restore keeps my password to receive access but the passwords are blank. its like i am starting out fresh each file. this will need to receive fixed. i bought this one for its specific reason to bkup into cloud.
