  Craig Davis: The modernize which included the feature to have 2 or more troops under the same acc has created this apk a lot more useful. No issues so far. Spoke too soon. Since the Android device Pie rollout the apk continually crashes After the most latest modernize the apk won't begin at all! The only reason I bought this product was so I should control it remotely. It's useless now Thank you. The recent modernize appears to have fixed the trouble. It's now the product I purchased

  Richard Brookes: As of January 2019 the apk is working for me once more. It is fiddly to set up and seems to require a 2.4 ghz wireless connection connection to complete the set up process. Once configured (touch wood) it seems to hold working when using 5 ghz wireless connection. I had to use an old smartphone without 5 ghz wireless connection to set it up. That is not ideal but once set up it performs well.

  Samantha Brown: I loved the apk before the most latest modernize. Now it doesnt tell me the amount of meal actually dispensed for the day so far. I loved that feature. I go away on business quite frequently and like to know that my animals are actually getting fed per schedule. Bring that feature back and it would be a 5 star apk.

  Odduc Johnny: It was working ok until the fall time change. Now it asks for permission to modernize time place, but doesn't do it, even when I click OK. The device and actual time are 6 hours off. So, I need to synchronize the time manually. The tool seems very counterintuitive. Feeder works well. The camera seems to be a 2002 leftover and produces grainy video and fuzzy pics. Bottom line: the feeder works well, but the tool is awful.

  Justine Wiles: Does not send push notifications that auto feeding has been dispensed, and the tracker on the feed screen for number of times a feeding has occured per day does not work. Want these features worked so I knew my pet was being fed.

  Heather Pekrul-Gulig: This is so frustrating. The apk stops working at least four times a week. I have to unplug the feeder and force stop the apk to restart everything. My dogs are missing meals because this is so unreliable!!

  A Google User: Worked ok until it didn't. I tried manually feeding and changing my auto feeding setting and the settings wouldn't stick and every time I clicked the manual feed button it said "loading feeding data please wait" and trying to modernize the firmware did nothing. I tried unbinding and rebinding and redownload info the apk and now it's even worse, none of my settings present up and it keeps saying "synchronizing data please wait". No idea what to do at this point.

  A Google User: Apk worked ok and then stopped all of a sudden. It opens then immediately closes. Uninstalled, reinstalled, made fresh acc, apk said email address was registered. Now when trying to log in apk states invalid player and password. Feeder is useless now.

  Matthew Ottway: After the modernize on the 23/8/18 the apk will not begin at all it just crashes upon opening, i have had no problems with the apk until this modernize im using a samsung S8 with android device 8.0 OS and was ok until the 23rd. Please have this problem fixed.... Modernize 2/9th after rhe latest 2 updates the apk is working perfectly now thank you for fixing the bugs modernize once more 19/9 apk wont even allow me log in now when i enter the email and password its saying the acc has unique heroes please use letters numbers and another common heroes.. seems to be ok for a while then after an modernize it fails once more? Can the admin of this apk please work on getting these bugs fixed as soon as possible

Don't waist your time. I'm removing the apk and sending the feeder back. Going to test my luck with other product instead.
