Edit: my smartphone was destroyed today and I panicked over how much it controls. Got a fresh one, downloaded the apk once more, and everything automatically perfectly . I have all my history and the cleaning/filter records are completely in tact. A large relief!

  Lindsey Fernandez: Honestly glad I got this - I just adopted a senior cat that wasn't drinking water in front of me and I was worried might be having problem adjusting to the fresh home. With this, now I can confirm that she is fine and drinking water without having to test to actively hold watch or eyeball miniscule changes in water level on a bowl. The apk installed ok and is working ok for now. Hopefully the developers worked out the problems people were mentioning in another reviews.

  Carlos (Donutsaur): Love the fresh apk, it's clean and no problems with setup. I know it's stated almost everywhere that any v1 feeder won't work on the fresh apk but as someone with a v1 feeder. I don't like that I have to manage two separate apks. Hopefully there is an modernize in the future where v1 feeders are introduced on the fresh apk.

  Heath Orrell: I purchased the WiFi water fountain to complement the WiFi granary feeder with camera. Overall, I like the apk but I want I should control both devices from the same apk. The water fountain only works with the Petlibro apk and the feeder only works with the Petlibro Lite apk. I also would like to be able to change the name of the water fountain to something another than the default name.

  Michael Hopkins: Apk is sleek, only problem is that if the apk is on in the background and I receive in my vehicle, the apk makes my vehicle think there is a smartphone call event. I have a 2018 Subaru, no Android device auto, with a Galaxy S23+. I Confirmed it was Petlibro as the second I swiped up to close the apk the "call" stopped. Only permissions are place, nearby devices, and notifications. No microphone or contacts permissions.

  K Welsh: It's fine. I have 3 PetLibro feeders and need 2 various apks. The Lite apk is much better than this one. I prefer the features in that apk as you have more control. Move some of those features here.

  LT LT: Well, so far the apk has told me there is low water in the container, when I've just filled it. We'll see how this goes. It does have a clean, use friendly interface. Modernize (8/24/23): Knocked down at star because water level is still showing as needing to be filled when it is so. At this point I've paid $80 for a fountain that, when I bought it to monitor my cat's water intake seemed like all the features would work properly and serve it's purpose. But it has not. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP😫😖!

  Jdubdoubleu: Why is this apk messing with my audio on phone when the apk is begin or running in background? It also causes my vehicle to create a smartphone call when running in background to a non existing smartphone#, I have to manually close it every time. Please fix! Besides all that, the apk works how it's supposed to so far.

  Steven Louie: I bought the PLAF103 awhile back and installed the PETLIBRO LITE apk. Everything worked ok. I then decided to make batter my PETLIBRO water fountain to the fresh apk controlled one and found that it uses the standard apk. To my delight, it says the standard apk is compatible with both my fountain and feeder. I was able to connect the fountain but can't connect the feeder. It literally says in the description that PLAF103 is compatible. If I should give this 0 stars, I would. This apk is awful.

  Daniel Miller: First device was setup very smoothly, the second took about 3 hours and twenty tries. Also when I begin the apk in my vehicle (and it's connected to the vehicles Bluetooth), the vehicle thinks I'm on a smartphone call with myself??? Strangest bug ever.

  Raymond Olenic: Frustrating. Apk wouldn't install on android device 10 smartphone. Finally got it to install on my android device smartphone, but had difficulty getting it to connect. Now it has locked up the screen showing a network error and no method to navigate away. I will uninstall, reinstall and if that won't resolve things, it will be returned.

  Amanda Lee: I use the android device apk while my another family member has the iPhone apk and the android device apk experience is abysmal in comparison. The android device apk takes a long time to load between each click and even when scrolling the apk freezes. Trying to refresh the device status causes the apk the hang. Please work on improving the android device apk to work as well and as quickly as the iPhone apk in the next ver. The place feeder can only be controlled through this apk so the experience could be excellent.

  Richard Rininger: This is by far the worst piece of tool I have interacted with. The apk constantly freezes, preventing me from even creating an acc. UPDATE - It took 2 hours to make an acc due to constant crashing and lag. Somehow once logged in, the apk became usable. Rating will be updated if it continues to work, but what a awful introduction to the company. Final modernize - I wanted to like this feeder, but the apk continued to crash constantly, so it's getting returned.

  Jake Vendt: Got this fresh feeder today and I was so excited to receive it set up and working so I should schedule my cats meals. Can't even receive past the sign up page. This feeder is a $90 paperweight without the apk. I can actually receive into the PetlibroLITE apk but even though my model is listed in it, it isn't compatible with that one. Why do you need two separate controller apks for the same line of products? Why does one of them just straight up not work? Absolutely ridiculous.

  Dibella M: I understand why this apk is rated so low, it SUCKS. I can't even set up my feeder because it refuses to acknowledge the wireless connection my smartphone is ALREADY connected to and I use a community wireless connection meaning there is NO password, yet it won't allow you register the device without a password. Of course if you kind in ANY password for a passwordless wireless connection, the setup will fail. I'm so pissed I have to send this back and receive a feeder with no apk. At least I didn't receive the apk ver for the water fountain.

  Brandon Allison: Why are there two apk versions for the same model? This is just plane lazy development. You should definitely have two hardware revisions on one apk. Firmware modernize bricked my feeder. Having a canned copy and paste response is not helpful, and actually seems insulting.

  Morgana Fields: I bought the water fountain and went to set up like it says to, I can't even sign up for the apk! It keeps saying network error! I tried to wait an hour and retry, but it still won't allow me even sign up, I tried to use the Petlibro lite like another comments say, and it only for the feeders! Luckily the fountain it self works just ok an works just being plugged in, the whole point was to be able to use a apk to check on how they drink an everything though.

  Candy: Apk was working perfectly ok before the recent modernize. Now, it can't even detect anything at all when I scooped water out of the fountain to try. There're no alerts. It doesn't work and this is the whole idea of the fountain concept is to monitor how much water your pet drinks! It's finicky. Sometimes you receive notifications your cat drinks and sometimes you don't lol. Please fix asap!
