  Janice DeFazio: The 'Philly 311'line has been a 'God's send . I see sanitation is stepping up . I guess I spoke too soon , the town was noticeably cleaner. I sent my opinion on work done, kudos! But since then my place including alleys r full of trash. and dirt, MATRESSES and an air conditioner . 19145 Snyder ave and also Jackson St. from 20th to 21st.

I had some problem entering details (text wasn't appearing, cursor kept jumping back to first line), and that's the only thing holding back a 5-star review. I created the request on a Sunday, Monday was a holiday, and Wednesday the graffiti was cleaned up.
