  Grace Sheldon: The Apk is Awful, but the Service is Good My school just purchased this service. The site works ok. But watching live TV on mobile is actually impossible to have fun. The picture freezes nearly every 20 seconds and the audio will loop over and over once more. It will loop a few times until the audio synchs up with the frame it freezed on. Overall, this apk is TERRIBLE when it comes to watching live tv.

  Quentin Liggins: Rooted devices can't use Philo My experience was quick good and simple (which is why I gave it more than 1 star) ... Until I tried to play an actual recorded present and Philo and a message popped up saying that Philo doesn't play videos if the device is rooted.

  Trevor Eckhoff: If it works, it's fine, but it does drop the signal when I walk around campus, so the whole "anytime, anywhere" thing is a lie. Sometimes even though I'm at the heart of my college campus, the apk will say "looks like you're trying to acess Philo from an unsupported place". Hmm... I thought my college campus was the only put I should access it...c'mon Philo.

  Andrea Hubbard: Buffering The apk buffers method too much. It makes watching live TV impossible and watching recordings are too frustrating. Its awesome if you have no another option but if it doesnt improve with the next modernize I will delet it. It should also possibly be because my school Wi-Fi isn't super good, but since you can only use the apk with school Wi-Fi....

  James Keith: Awful Buggy Apk, Less Features than Another Platforms This apk is miserable. It doesn't follow the Android device design rules (It uses gingerbread era graphics in a lot of territories). It's buggy, force closing often on my devices. And the worst part is that it's absolutely lacking in features compared to their ver for another platforms - no tutorial, ability to record shows, or ability to pan through recordings or live TV. They say it's "because it's in beta", but I doubt it will receive any better.
