Found a bug with portrait Flickr images which I reported and it got fixed and an modernize was released very quickly. Good customer help, thank you!

  Sudo Geeks: LOVE this apk. I was sick of seeing the same stock images on my screensaver/daydream session. Now I have attractive images from 500px displayed. Thank you thank you thank you!! The ONLY thing is if someone wants to see their own 500px images, I didn't see a method to do that. It just scrapes the Explore feed. But that's what I wanted, so I'm super satisfied with it.

Keeps getting "Flickr (Now) An unknown error occurred: Can't make handler inside thread that has not called Looper.prepared()" I have not signed in to Flickr, only signed into Google. It may be similar to the latest modernize "Fix login to Flickr on Android device 8.0". I have a Shield TV which is Android device 7.0 running Shield TV 6.2

  Clif Burns: Won't let signing into your Flickr acc if you're using a bluetooth attached keyboard on the Nexus User. You have to use the Nexus remote instead. UPDATE: The Apk now works with a Bluetooth Keyboard for setup, as the developer indicates in the answer below

Works good on the NVIDIA SHIELD TV, but I want we had backdrop capability built into it, like on a true Chromecast

It keeps showing default wallpaper. I am able to login my fb acc through apk and SYNC albums and choose them in source but still there is a problem.

  Morgan Jarvis: Unbelievable apk - easy in nature but does it perfectly! The Apk is loaded onto my AndroidTV and it works brilliantly as a image gallery browser, and also as a screensaver - screensaver is even better than the default Chromecast one, with plenty of options accessible! Even better, I emailed the dev suggesting an extra feature (to have only chosen album(s) used for the screensaver), and not only did he add the feature almost immediately, he even sent me an nice email to say so! Simply the best, most excellent, "does what it could" apk I've ever come across - gladly paid the bargain "buy" prices to unblock the full features!

  Fredy Santoso: Good apk that is a must have for Android device TV device, which does not come with any built in screensaver and image apk. Look and feel are very nice indeed. Works well with Google Images and Jamie (the developer) has been very type to add help for external hdd as well as I mentioned to him that I have dozens of pictures stored in external HDD. As I a lot of nested folders categorized by years, months, and album names, while in the apk the folders are displayed in just a row it makes it very difficult to search a folder. I requested Jamie to expand the folder view to multiple rows so more folders can be displayed and hopefully there is nested folder views like Windows style as well to create it easier to navigate. I'm waiting for the next modernize. Thanks a lot Jamie!

  Yasaswy Nagavolu: I just bought the gallery option and its perfect on my mi box. There is one request you might need to take a public opinion though. 1. When I play videos the navigation bar is not accessible(maybe my mi remote trouble), 2. That Blue bar is large and ugly, can you create it transparent and minimal, you can check apple television, youtube webpage or kodi something as an example for that minimal interface. Perfect job on keeping it clean and minimal in all the another places.

  George Momchilov: I really required Google Images apk form my Android device TV. The only thing that I do not like is that when I browse my gallery in full screen I have this gradient overlay over my images. It's a gray transparent overlay staring from bottom ending in the middle of the screen. I should not search an option to remove it.

  Steve Martin: It's complicated... Plays MOV video from my Lumix ZS100 OK. Hangs forever on MOV from my Canon PowerShot SX260 or older Nikon Coolpix 995, and on AVI. Doesn't even see m2t video. Doesn't play video sound in Screen Saver mode, but will play sound for a single folder in Gallery mode. Folder list is flattened and displayed in a completely random order so it can be VERY PAINFUL to search a collection from a long list. Playback order of photos and videos is also random (but fun). And choosing folders is done separately for each mode--NOT FUN. Displays "hidden" photos on USB stick, increasing your development time & effort. Makes you buy one license for Screensaver and one for Gallery (about $5 total). Apk won't turn TV on/off to act like LCD image frame. The only documentation is a primary FAQ in the apk itself, and a bit more in these reviews. However, the author is helpful and will reply questions and agree requests. FYI, Bestbuy guys claim Sony has superior up-scaling, and I can confirm that my pictures look horrible on the Samsung UN49MU7000 compared to the Sony XBR-43X800E. I would otherwise exchange TVs for a better slideshow apk, but I can't seem to search one :(

  Frank Durocher: Honestly this apk fills in the gap that Google could have never left. I almost immediately paid for infinite access to all my images. This apk works unbelievable... ...by itself. However, I regularly encounter a trouble where I'm playing Pandora and begin the screensaver - after about a song, the melody will completely slash off and not come back. The screensaver slideshow still displays, but I'm thinking that it and Pandora are running into resource issues? I'm not sure but it seriously needs to be fixed. (Nexus User, btw) As far as recommendations go, I would love to see a pan/zoom option for the screensaver, and maybe an option to alternate the display of info (image date, album name, etc) so that it's not stagnant in the bottom right of the screen.

  sandhu media: This apk is rubbish. It claims to present Google Images albums, yet upon adding the acc, no google images present. I have 2 Albums accessible on Google Images, they don't present in apk. I have tried all sorts of things, permissions, clear cache, reset, uninstall/reinstall. Nothing works. I wish a refund!
