Physical education and fitness tools for older adults. Improve balance, strength, endurance and flexibility safely at home. A practical resource to improve common challenges including osteoporosis, Parkinson's Illness, balance security, and mobility challenges similar to aging. Physio Ed. classes are developed by medical specialists and clinicians to meet the special needs of movement and aging. We use an evidence-based approach that focuses on building balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Though advanced in methodology, classes are designed to be multi-level and approachable for the participants. We’ve used our connection to medical research and practices to design tools that create real-life improvements. Participants benefit from lower instances of chronic conditions such as osteoporosis, balance problems, and hypertension. Our cognitive approach to fitness engages both the brain and the body. This clinical approach is shown to increase the brain’s processing speed and memory, while also improving overall mood. Physio Ed. classes are more than exercise. We deliver proactive healthcare, helping to improve and avoid a lot of of the common pitfalls of getting older.
