  A Google user: This apk has solved a lot of headaches for me. My laptop usb ports stopped working. No matter would should not use my rasbian pi to successfully format an sd card. I had a couple problems at first. I wrote a custom photo without root and locked the sd card. But guess what there are non root apks to easily format it. My problem was I should not write any photo until I rooted my smartphone. Was lucky enough lord root app supported my smartphone and rooted my smartphone in seconds. Once I was rooted I had no more errors trying to download any photo and was able to install LibreElec. Create sure when you format the sd card don't choose any file systems or have multiple partitions. This apk will format an accessible sector and leave multiple partitions that wil cause the .img to have errors when booting in the pi.

  Plasmatix: The Apk served it's purpose for me. For all of you people who don't know why the "root" catagory doesn't work, it's because your smartphone needs to be rooted, and it says that once trying to use a Root OS. The rest of the photos are useful because the RPi has NOOBS, Which is used for simple installs on all systems that are under the RPi name. If you have an RPi, yet you don't know what root is, then you got to do ALOT of research to do, and alot of skill with command lines too. Another than that, Apk is good if NOOBS fails to operate on some devices, like mine. Good apk, but if you should, make a UI Make batter for this apk., it looks like it was created on Android device 4.0 Thank you for making it. :) P.S, If you receive an error that says "Download Failed", then hold your devices screen on. Don't allow your smartphone screen turn off.

I had downloaded the file before I downloaded this apk, if I would have known that everything I required was already in this apk I would have saved time and energy not having to look for the right file.   Syd Mostow: This worked! I had to format the sd card a few times and redo the process but don't think it was an problem with apk but more with the sd card being formatted and ready to be written to. What is really interesting is it seems to work on a Pixelbook as an android device apk. I had given up on writting Raspian to an sd card with my Pixelbook after installing linux apks like Etcher which didn't work, and when I found this apk was amazed by how easy it is and that it does the job.

  Xnehaxixh Xnes: It's good! Just inserted a SD Card and formatted it via smartphone. Then downloaded the NOOBS Lite from its official website. Then opened the apk and chosen custom photo > NOOBS_lite.zip and the WALLAH! Just putting it on RP3 and booting up works! No need for PC. Gorgeous Apk!
