  Emmanuel Chatas (Manos): Please modernize the apk .There is problem with android device devices , especially on Android device 12 edition. The Bluetooth connects but without the calls on dashboard, only in the apk to see the trip, so it useless. Please fix it .(One plus smartphone)

  A Google user: Bought a fresh 2020 Medley 125 ABS S which in the brochure and manual says it has MIA connectivity. Downloaded the apk and it only supports the 2019 model. Installed it anyway and paired it to see if it would work. It doesn't refresh the trips even if left on (it's meant to reconnect when you turn the scooter on but it doesn't). It also triggers Android device warnings that the apk is draining the battery.

  Fate Changer: Bought The medley 2020 downloaded the apk as the manual said did everything right the only thing it works with the bicycle is the notifications for calls and messages the actual apk dont do anything. In the apk the only bicycle it has is the medley 2019 tried it with it still nothing you need to modernize the apk asap.

  Igor Horvat: Beverly 400 euro5. Even the guy who is working at the piaggio dealer service cannot pair the smartphone with the scooter. I have test 500 times now I'm done. You can pair it with iOS but with android device NO WAY. If somoene is reading this provide a troubleshootr or modernize the apk.
