  Jason Butler: Allow me explain. A number of people have told me that this app's find and online follower functions don't work, but I did a few tests. I follow both streamers who draw adult content and some who ONLY draw SFW content. None of them that draw adult material should be found on the apk. BUT, the SFW only artists were easily visible! Why? Because Google Play's Terms of Service prohibit apks and mini games with adult content. Picarto likely isn't at fault here, but had to install a filter to be on Google Play at all.
