  Kyle Schroeder: Works good... All those people complaining... It's not the apk, it's your IT department. You have to call your helpdesk if you change/wipe phones. And I suspect the blocking off rooted devices is also an IT-enforced restriction.

  Andrew King: Most another systems require a call, a text, or punching in a code... PingID does away with that when everything's working right, and simply asks you to "swipe". Doesn't receive much easier than that! As an administrator, simply not had an problem from my players. As a player, it just works.

  tom Edwards: The company I work for has used this for some of their tool. The problem I've got is that I've a bought a fresh smartphone, wiped the old smartphone without unpairing the device and now after reinstalling the apk on my fresh smartphone, there's no where to go. It asks for the pairing code but it hasn't asked me to restart up my email...?? Bit bemusing.

  Juli Burgess: Unpairs randomly I have to use this for work daily. Most of the time it's ok but when it's not it's a large mess. A couple times now the apk has unpaired on its own. Smartphone wants a pairing key, log in acc wants a one-time code from the apk. No method to re-pair them because my acc doesn't understand the apk is no longer paired. Only method I've found to fix it is remove the apk (log in acc realized it's not paired then) and go back through the pairing progress through my office's MFA website. Frustrating.

  Rekha Priya: I use this apk as a part my organisation auth. One annoying thing it doesn't present how long the code ll be show till next one change. So I begin to enter one and it disappears and I have delete in the middle and enter the fresh one. Either there could a seconds clock to notify or there could be now token made whenever apk gets opened

  Pete Wildsmith: This apk is ok. It works. But a couple of things irritate me: - an old, invalid code is displayed for a few seconds after I begin the apk or wake my smartphone - the animation that is then displayed is a pointless and frustrating waste of time
