  Cindy S: Old accounts do not work. Required to make fresh acc (per pingmd help response). However, can't add any family members using the apk or site to send a ping to the doc. All I can do is log in & log out. Modernize: seems to be working now. Upgrading stars from 1 to 3. Like to have doctors name be searchable instead of a long list & display the doctor's location/specialty. Also, the comments box should be larger for ease of use (difficult to scroll). Remember me feature would be nice.

  Stephen Spence: This is not a gratis apk, as the sales squad begins to pressure your clinical staff and business to purchase from them immediately, threatening to cancel individuals' accounts after one year. After receiving an email, my director reached out to them using business email and smartphone. The unbelievable staff of pingMD took it upon themselves to access his acc and call him back on his private cell smartphone, which is I guess just their prerogative to access players' accounts without permission. There are a lot of better products out there, I highly recommend that you check them out first to avoid undue expense and harassment at the hands of the pingMD staff. Thanks for you aggression, Shawn L., it was neither warranted or appreciated, and has cost you the patronage of this business.

  A Google user: crashes every time i test to read a notice from our pediatrician. Samsung S9. Tried once more. same story. updated to recent. 03/30/19. still crashes 100% when i click on the link from the email notification. Modernize: The company already claimed it was fixed, but trouble is still there.
