A one-time WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS grant thru ADB is needed. This is NOT root. Instructions are in the apk. However, if your device is already rooted, you can immediately grant it without the need of a computer (v1.10+). ✅ Easily TEST and/or APPLY your own custom display resolution and density (DPI) settings ✅ Can smartly compute the another side (height or width) of the display resolution based on the displays aspect ratio when you input on any one side (when the option is enabled) ✅ Can smartly compute the matching density (DPI) of the desired custom display resolution using some trigonometric computations (when the option is enabled) ✅ Smartly suggests the name of custom display resolution for adding to the presets ✅ Automatically reads the device's pre-defined screen resolution setting(s) so you can easily switch to it(them) when desired ✅ Option to restart display resolution and density values to default factory values ✅ Save multiple custom display resolution and density settings to the preconfigured list for easier use anytime (bonus). MISSINGNO: it just works. sometimes the dpi is wrong, and its completely various from what you would place in the developers options but it works, and even works to crop off edges of my screen and change the aspect ratio

Sơn Nguyen: awesome apk and for some people out there wants to change resolution of your smartphone, pls take message about "aspect ratio" of your smartphone, Android device can't stretch out the resolution like Windows, any res doesn't follow smartphone aspect ratio will appear "black bar"
