  Sebastio: The fresh modernize they just place is SO WONDERFUL! They place so a lot of awesome info. For example, if you have an problem to connect your smart plug, they just place a youtube link, so you should chek the problem how to resolve it. And they have a 24/7 help squad! They are giving good service, they answered my questions. The apk is created with awesome orientation, it's really simple to play around. Fun to organise all your set. This apk is one of my top 10. I will certanly hold it in my folders for the future!

  encore x: the apk does everything i wish it to. i am able to choose from a dozens of colors and in-betweens via shaders. the plusminus apk does everything i wish it to, but alexa falls short in utilizing the capabilities of the apk.

  James Davis: Works good now (ver 2.0.1). I had tried multiple times to receive my lightstrip to work with Alexa but it just wouldn't work. I'm not sure what ver it was but this time I saw a various screen when I enabled the plusminus skill in Alexa and it worked. At that time I gave it 1 star because I required to have it work with Alexa. I'm giving it 4 stars now.

  Lawrence Chiu: Downloaded this apk on tip from help after my Lumiman apk was not working for Group lighting. Apk layout is horrible. Very difficult to locate where to set up group lighting. Saving custom colour on light bulbs go nowhere. Adding pics to routines causes an error even though it's apk provided pics. Changing colours on light bulbs Group freezes the apk. Automation for sunset to turn on lights doesn't work. Smart switches cannot be scheduled anymore. Cannot tell if they are on or off in the apk either.. Apk shows it's always on Device sharing and family sharing does absolutely nothing even though you add an email. Notication settings constantly default to off. Family places doesn't work in device management. Does QA even do testing before releasing? I could be paid to list off the amount of problems with this apk! The lumiman apk was working just ok before my above mentioned problem. This apk is complete garbage and is almost enough for me to take a hammer and smash the light bulbs and switches. This apk makes the product 1000x worse, and I do not intend to expand my system further but rather replace it with a various brand due to this apk!! Modernize: help desk has been helpful and has since updated apk twice since my initial review. Smart plugs can now be scheduled and the buttons are now greyed out to indicate that the plug is off. Scenes buttons now work accurately. Still lots of bugs but seems like they are ironing them out

  Jessica Teeple: Had to use smartphone to set it up (wish to use smartphone) because it is so badly formatted for smartphone. Also even though I told it that I was in Canada, it still set up my profile as United States? With no method to change it? The apk is ugly and clunky and any changes created to home/rooms/devices takes forever to actually present up. HOWEVER this is the best smart light I've gotten at the affordable price range, with really awesome, real colour temperature that gets very bright.

  Tron Guignard: you need to increase the verification timer to three mins, 60 seconds is simply too fast for older people who are trying to setup their accounts. beside that one major flaw the apk itself is functioning.

  Bdragon 122: can only give one star as who ever the dim'bulb' who coded this apk was place the privacy policy link over the submit button on acc creation preventing most people from being able to create a acc. I will remove this rating once they have fixed the problem

  Christopher Camacho: Once I finally struggled through getting an acc made, I found myself stuck at the wireless connection password prompt. I can't kind in a password with a place (a pop-up asks for confirmation then drops the place anyway and goes back to the beginning of the password) and copy+paste just locks up the apk and sometimes the whole smartphone. So now my options appear to be change my WiFi password which will require me to reconfigure 30+ devices or just go back to the barely functional LUMIMAN apk. Not satisfied.

  Your Name: installed on Samsung smartphone. Should not even make an acc because all the links at the bottom of the page were squeezed together and the one link that worked was the privacy policy. Installed on smartphone next which sorted the scrunching problem, however now I cannot login because no verification code is being sent in time - they give you 60 seconds, code is arriving 5 mins later lol. I sent an email to help squad describing scrunch problem and two days later got a unhelpful answer.

  David McEldowney: The apk effectively turns the light on and off. However, the scenes are broken, the automation is broken, and the settings leave a LOT to be desired. I'm sending these bulbs back to Amazon. Avoid at all costs.
