Tim Houlihan: I have used this and its previous versions and flown all over the UK and Europe with it . It has been developed and improved constantly. It has a unbelievable forum supporting the players. I worry that someone capable of operating an aircraft is unable to to create this work. If you touch and keep the screen a list of local ( to the point touched ) airfields and towns is shown and choosing one of these adds it to the flight plan , how should it be easier?

The nrw Motam push gets me aware what is going on around the place I fly in before I plan to go flying and lets me avoid planning for an place with high military activity. For me the completest flying apk WX and route planning, W&B check, filing flightplan from inside the apk, checking Notam along the flight, go flyng including airfield maps (some countries add. costs) inflight airspace warnings, coupled with Flarm ADS-B another aircrafts visible, obstacle warnings and more to name

Bob Gosling: An perfect aid for the VFR pilot although I would prefer a tiny more map detail, such as motorway and major waterway labelling. I always fly with a 250,000 toppo and can always refer to that, but it would be nice to have at the higher zoom levels. Where is Meppershall, by the method? Having such a wealth of info accessible at a touch is really good but takes practice to become fluent...but then, what doesn't?

Peter Occardi: I am a student pilot and I use this apk on an HTC one X and a Motorola Xoom, where it runs faultlessly. Although in its Android device format it still has some idiosyncrasies from its Apple origins, this is still by far the best aviation apk out their for general aviation use. Where else can you receive an apk that you can use on a phone that gives you flight planning, airspace infringement warnings, active weather and radar functions, relative terrain, minimum secure altitudes etc etc. My only little complain

A Google user: I previously gave this apk 2 stars because it would work on my transformer prime but not on my Galaxy S3 after upgrading to Jellybean. Now I have changed my review to 5 stars since the fresh ver, renamed EasyVFR, works perfectly on all my devices. Now I can flight plan on my Win8 laptop and access it on any of my another devices. The map data is accurate, smooth redrawing, and well depicted. This is the best Android device pilot apk that I have found for use in Canadian airspace. Couple that with aviation data for my Dynon Skyview included in the cost of a single Pocket FMS membership fee and this product is an perfect value. Pocket FMS sure has come a long method in the 7 years that I've been using it.
