It does assist with management. I place in for a refill and my smartphone rings a tiny while later with word that I have prescriptions to pick up. Simple peasy

They are not interrupted from what they doing to reply the smartphone. 2. It is more convenient for me because I can order my refills anytime, even when the pharmacy is not begin.
